To create an account, tap Create Account or Sign Up, enter your email, and choose a secure password. Then, verify your email using the code we sent you. Once verified, you can set up your profile details such as username, avatar, and interests. Completing your profile personalizes your experience and helps provide better content recommendations.
You can register using your Google account by selecting the respective option on the sign-up screen. Follow the prompts to authorize and link your account. This skips manual email verification since it uses your existing account credentials.
If you don't receive the verification code, check your spam or junk folder. Wait a few seconds and request a new code if needed. Make sure your email was entered correctly and that you have an internet connection.
You can browse the platform as a guest without signing in, but with limited features. Guests cannot publish content, like or save stories, or fully interact. To unlock all features (saving stories, asking questions, etc.), register for a full account.
To change your password, go to Settings > Change Password. If you don't remember your current password, tap Forgot Password. Enter your email or username, and a recovery code will be sent to your inbox. Enter the code, then create a new password to regain access.
Enter your credentials (email and password) to sign in. To log out, go to Settings > Sign Out. You can log back in anytime with the same credentials; your data and saved content will remain intact.
If you have trouble signing in with Google, make sure the correct account is selected and your credentials are up to date. Also, check your Google Account settings to ensure the app's access hasn't been removed.
To update your profile picture or display name, go to Profile > Edit Profile. Tap the avatar to upload a new photo, change your display name, and save.
Personalize your account by adding a profile picture and a display name. This helps others recognize you and makes your profile more engaging.
Your display name, avatar, and published stories are public. Drafts and personal information remain private. Only you can view and edit your drafts.
Go to your profile page, tap the three dots at the top, and select Edit Profile > Username. Pick a unique and memorable handle so others can easily recognize and find you.
On your own profile or on other users' profiles, you can see the number of followers and the number of accounts they are following. This gives you a quick overview of community connections.
My Stories: Shows all published stories visible to others. Saved Stories: Bookmarked stories from other authors. My Space (Drafts): Private area for stories you've started but not published. Edit or publish drafts anytime from My Space.
Go to Settings > Blocked Users to see or unblock accounts. Blocking hides all content from the user and prevents interactions. You won't see or receive notifications from blocked users.
To block a user, go to their profile page, click on the three-dot icon in the top right corner, and select Block User.
Earn stars and badges through publishing stories, receiving likes from mentors, and gaining followers. Track progress in Settings or your profile. Higher achievements may earn recognition badges.
Toggle themes in Settings > Theme: Light, Dark, or System Default. Dark Mode reduces eye strain in low light; Light Mode is best in bright environments.
If the app misbehaves (slow load, incorrect counts), refresh the cache. Close and reopen the app or log out and back in. Clearing the cache won't delete your data, but it may fix display issues.
To update your password, go to Settings > Account. Enter your current password and new credentials.
To permanently delete your account, go to Settings > Delete Account. Confirming this action will erase your profile, stories, and personal data. This action cannot be undone, so ensure you want to proceed before deleting.
Access the full Privacy Policy at any time via Settings > Privacy Policy. It explains how we handle your data, what is collected, and your rights regarding privacy.
Read the full Terms of Service in Settings > Terms of Service. This outlines your responsibilities as a user, permitted use of content, and the rules governing the app.
Tap the notification icon to see your notifications. The unread badge indicates new alerts. Viewing each notification will reduce the count and clear the badge.
Tap the pen icon on the top right of any screen. Enter your title and content, use Preview to check, choose relevant genres, then either Post your story or Save as Draft in My Space.
Drafts are private and editable only by you in My Space. Published stories are visible to others in feeds and search. Published stories cannot be edited directly; to make changes, delete and repost. Always preview your story before publishing.
Use the story menu (three dots) and select Delete to remove a story. Published stories' likes and saves will be lost. Deleted stories cannot be recovered.
After writing a new post, proceed to the next step to select one or more genres that best match your story (e.g., Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance). Choosing genres helps improve discoverability and recommendation accuracy. You can then save your post as a draft in My Space or publish it to make it visible to everyone. Genres can also be updated later in draft settings.
When publishing a story, the Allow Remixes option is displayed. Enabling it lets others create remix versions of your story.
You can continue or create a new version of someone else's story, but only if the original author allows it. The original author will always be credited as the source.
Mentors highlight stories by liking, commenting, or both. They focus on grammar, plot, and originality. A purple indicator shows mentor involvement.
Published stories appear in Following Feed (users you follow) and Salon Feed (trending and mentor-selected stories).
Use the search bar for title, keywords, and writers. Apply genre filters to enhance the search recommendation.
Tap the bookmark icon to save a story. Access all saved stories in Profile > Saved Stories. Useful for curating a personal reading list.
Reading mode is for starting to read in full focus with no interruptions.
Feeds are personalized based on favorite genres and interaction history (likes, saves, follows). Mentor "Choice" stories and trending stories are also displayed in the Salon feed.
Tap heart to like/unlike. The like count will be updated.
Tap the comment icon, type your message, and post it. Comments are public. You can delete your own comments.
To report, click on the three-dot icon next to the content. Then, select a reason from the list or enter your own reason as text. Finally, your request will be submitted.
Tap the bookmark icon to save any story you like. All your saved stories will be stored in your profile under Saved Stories, so you can revisit them anytime.
Open the sidebar and go to Support > New Question. Tap Ask a Question to submit your query. Our team is ready to help and will get back to you as soon as possible.

All your drafts, saved stories, and settings are automatically synced across devices. You can log in from any device to continue where you left off. If you notice outdated content, simply refresh to get the latest updates.
